INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International Returns are processed via:
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the UK cannot be refunded.
- Duties and taxes payable on the returned order will be deducted from the refund total.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be refunded.
Pre-paid Express Returns
Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Please note, the returns label expires within 14 days of issue if unused. Once you receive your returns label, book a collection, or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send your items back to us.
Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please consult the international shipping & returns section above for information about country-specific returns fees.
Self-postage Returns
Visit our international returns portal to initiate a return. A returns slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in the return package. Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend ensuring your package and contacting our Customer Service enquiry@jovonnalondon.com with the tracking number once shipped.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

*When items are marked as Final Sale items in the description, they are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR ITEM SENT IN ERRORS
We want to offer you the most Immaculate items, but if, despite all our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your item, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at enquiry@jovonnalondon.com with a photo of the fault as well as your personal and order details.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS/REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
We will charge you for delivery if you do not pick up your goods.
For non-UK customers who refuse delivery of parcels, shipping any TAX/Import duties shall be deducted from your refund. Please note that these fees are out of our control. If you have any concerns, please get in touch with us directly.
IN STORE RETURNS
You can return your online order in any of our boutiques. You will need to show your purchase receipt with a printed version and the items you return must be in perfect condition and must include internal and external labels.
Postage is non refundable.
Please allow 3 working days for the online team to process the refund and a further 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item and make a new purchase.
The timeframe for the return remains as 14 days from the date received.
