You have 14 days to return your order, from the date of delivery to the returned date.

You are responsible for £4.00 return postage, we will deduct it from your refund.

IN STORE RETURNS

You can return your online order in any of our boutiques. You will need to show your purchase receipt with a printed version and the items you return must be in perfect condition and must include internal and external labels.

Postage is non refundable.

Please allow 3 working days for the online team to process the refund and a further 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed by your bank.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item and make a new purchase.

The timeframe for the return remains as 14 days from the date received.
